This is the Crowbar Awards.
Well. At least they (the Marina Mandarin Hotel, not 4As) tried to make it look dignified.
There are too many MINIs in the front lot. Every five minutes, a group of people emerge from the ballroom to smoke. You can hear everything that's going on even whilst sitting on a chair in the main lobby outside, waiting.
