the Nokia 8850 blacked out. the screen illumination flickers and the screen itself occasionally blanks when pressure is applied to the top bits of the phone. unable to afford Nokia Care, i've taken it down several notches to this Nokia 2100.it's much less purple in real life. it's in the Gadget Pillow picture, if you don't believe me.
