I don't understand---is it easier to collect discarded drink packets for recycling in the whole of South Australia than it is for the island-state of Singapore?
there is probably a system for it in South Australia, a standard pricing for recycling drink packets and cans. We have old Ah Mas and Ah Kongs doing the dirty work for us in oh-so-pampered singapore what. Though i dont know what the pricing is for singapore.
