Now Playing---On Both Sides

this is the new Nokia N95. can someone explain the rationale behind the slide-down dedicated media keys to me? because it would appear that their functions are duplicated by the directional pad whilst in music-playing mode. and in standby mode, with the music player in the background, the phone's screen orientation is vertical instead of horizontal, so the media keys are pointing in all the wrong directions. and do you really want to slide the phone down and reach all the way up there just to do something with your music?

buy an iPod, lah.
